There is a private parking area next to the property and 2 guest parking areas for visitors to the Milltop cottages at the rear with plenty of further parking available on the street outside. The private parking area, leads to the south facing court yard garden with its seating area, large sunshade umbrella and BBQ facilities, it is the perfect place to enjoy your evening with friends and/or family with tree top river views over the Swale.   

Ground floor: The entrance hall has a cupboard for muddy boots and shoes and a coat rack, a door leading to a ground floor W.C. and a second door leading to the open ground floor living area, it’s a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar facilities plus a seated dining area and stairs leading to:

First floor: There is a small hall leading to bedroom 2 with a super king-sized bed (which can be separated into two singles) with crisp, white, Egyptian cotton sheets with oak furniture, Smart TV, USB plug sockets and phone charging cables. The bedroom has its own private bathroom situated next door, with underfloor heating, a towel rail, lit mirror and a bath with shower over. Also off the small hall is the lounge which gives beautiful views over the Swale, with a south facing balcony, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or early morning cup of tea. The room provides the chance to cosy up on the leather sofa and watch the smart TV, play Wii or choose a film to watch. Here there is access by stairs to:

Third floor: Where there is a king size oak bed dressed in crisp, white Egyptian cotton sheets and a smart TV. Oak dressing table and bedside cabinets with a door leading to the ensuite which includes a towel rail, underfloor heating, lit mirror and walk in shower with a choice of two shower heads.
