Postal & Delivery Charges
We offer a Free Delivery service for orders exceeding £65 to all U.K. mainland addresses and Scottish mainland.We Process our orders between Monday and Friday, any order taken after 2pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day.
You should receive your orders within 3 to 7 working days of placing it..
Between £10.01 and £30 delivery charges are £4. Between £30.01 and £65 delivery charges are £5. These charges are for orders not exceeding 30 kilos in weight.
Some smaller items generally valued at under £10 could be sent by Royal Mail. Please Note that orders sent by Royal Mail could be subject to a Saturday delivery. The cost of these orders will £3.00
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Isles of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Channel Islands will be despatched 0n a 48 – 72 hour service at a cost of £7.50 delivery with a maximum weight of 20 kilos.
Please note that at this present time we are not able to process International Orders but we hope to be able to do so in the foreseeable future.Milltop's Refund Policy
If you order goods in error, or if you decide that you do not want the items you have ordered, they may be returned at your own expense, within 14 days of the goods being delivered and signed for. We reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge for the item(s) and for any postage incurred by us on the original purchase, or for any damage sustained on return of the item.
Milltop Homebrew will not accept any liability for loss or damage to goods during return transit. Confirmation of posting is not a guarantee of delivery nor of the goods being returned in good condition. All items should be returned via a "signed for" service.
Milltop Homebrew will then organise a refund, less the original postage charges, within 5 working days of the goods being received by Milltop Homebrew
If any item in an order been opened or used, it will not be eligible for a refund.Pricing
If any error is found in the prices shown on this website, Milltop Homebrew will honour the price shown at the time of the error. Prices shown on the site may alter immediately after an error has been identified.
Goods supplied incorrectly or damaged
If we are not notified within 24 hours we are unable to place a claim with our carriers and Milltop Homebrew will not be able to replace the goods.
If we have made an error and we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for our carriers to return the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item has been returned we will replace it with the item requested.
If, on checking your order, you believe any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and you signing for your order and we will look into the matter and despatch any missing items. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order, the sale will be regarded as having been completed to the satisfaction of both Milltop Homebrew and the customer.
If any of the item(s) in your order are damaged, you must notify us about which of the item(s) are damaged within 24 hours of signing for the goods. We will then arrange return and replacement of those goods which are damaged.
